Are you a seasoned Production Engineer with a strong focus on maximizing oil and gas output? Our client, a prominent Exploration & Production (E&P) company based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to bring innovation and operational efficiency to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of artificial lift systems to boost production.
• Analyze production data to spot trends, resolve issues, and suggest strategic improvements.
• Collaborate closely with reservoir, drilling, and completions teams to develop and execute comprehensive production strategies.
• Conduct in-depth well performance analyses, including nodal and decline curve evaluations, to maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement cost-effective techniques for production enhancement.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and support to field operations teams.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on production performance and optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in artificial lift systems and production optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., PROSPER, WellFlo, RodStar).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Thorough understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
• Flexibility to travel to field locations as required.
