Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze common design patterns for creating solutions (15% of the time).
2. Create SQL queries to analyze database and support business teams (20% of the time).
3. Write application code based on requirements in C# (50%).
4. Provide QA support (5%).
5. Resolve issues for operations team with the SLA (5%).
6. Create and update documentation (5%).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or the foreign equivalent and three years of experience in developing commercial quality web applications.
2. Experience with databases including MS SQL server.
3. Experience with protecting web applications from common security vulnerabilities.
4. Experience with object-oriented design, domain modeling, and building highly scalable and available systems.
5. Experience with XML and XSLT.
6. Experience working in Scrum-based methodologies.
7. Experience within the financial services industry.
8. Experience with Microsoft stack and integrating with other technologies.
9. 1 year of experience with server-side technologies such as node.js, Java, or C#.
