DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Respond to and resolve business queries for Counterparty Credit Risk space.
• Manage user query mailbox effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all user queries.
• Utilize important framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, ITRS, etc., for updates and reporting.
• Manage incidents, providing timely and accurate user notifications and escalating as needed.
• Document and manage knowledge effectively.
• Coordinate resolutions with development teams.
• Assist with metrics reporting.
• Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing.
• Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline manual tasks.
• Respond to and resolve feed and batch support items and manage alerts and monitoring.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Production Support experience.
• Strong SQL Knowledge.
• Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Working knowledge of ITIL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-regional team.

NiceToHave:

• Financial industry experience.
