Job Summary

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for analyzing user's requirements, guiding system development activities, and providing technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology. The role involves interaction with government personnel and senior executives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead full systems engineering lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership for all SOW requirements
• Contribute to development of systems engineering documentation
• Generate alternative system concepts and design solutions
• Establish a process to control and manage changes to requirements
• Review and approve system engineering documentation
• Participate in developing new capabilities based on operational considerations
• Manage and ensure technical integrity of system baseline
• Ensure effective review and control of the evolving configuration of a system

Security Clearance requirement:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of twenty years' experience in systems engineering
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Pay Range:

$144,300.00 - $260,850.00

The pay range for this role is a general guideline and not a guarantee. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity.
