Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
- Work with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems within AWP equipment.
- Learn and utilize LEAN manufacturing skills and methodologies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to make a safer and more efficient assembly line.
As part of our team we will:
- Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career.
- Provide you with mentorship and feedback to drive you towards faster and better solutions.
Must haves:
- Currently pursuing an ABET accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar field or graduated within the last two years.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in person for 6 months in Redmond, WA.
Nice to haves:
- Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive.
- Experience driving hands-on solutions and prototypes.
The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
