Job Description:

This role is for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is comfortable with automating and maintaining cloud infrastructures as it relates to D365 F&O. Our mission is to architect a redundant, resilient, scalable, self-sustaining, and self-healing infrastructure. We utilize a variety of tools for infrastructure scaling and automation with the close supervision of our DevOps specialists and their organizational discipline.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Azure DevOps experience (required)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Unit/UI Testing
  • Mastering CI/CD concepts and hands-on implementation experiences, specifically GIT
  • Configuration Management experience such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar
  • AZ-400 certification
  • Dynamics 365 (good to have)
  • Dynamics 365 Development - Configuration, Plug-in, Workflows, JavaScript, C#, HTML
  • .NET areas / Web Applications, REST API
  • SSIS and related data migration techniques and strategies
  • Superb troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for automating everything
  • A sense of ownership

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a DevOps strategy to integrate automation and efficiency for Dynamics 365 F&O environments.
  • Configure and maintain continuous integration (CI) pipelines to automate code integration, builds, and tests for rapid feedback.
  • Create and manage continuous delivery (CD) pipelines to automate the deployment of updates to production environments, ensuring reliability.
  • Oversee dependency management to automate tracking and resolution of component dependencies, ensuring compatibility and up-to-date status.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, resilient application infrastructure using tools like Terraform to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Implement continuous feedback mechanisms with monitoring and logging systems to capture real-time performance data and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to align on DevOps practices, providing support and guidance for effective implementation.
  • Maintain documentation of DevOps processes to ensure clarity, compliance with best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team.
