Job Description
Role: UI Developer
Duration: 9 Months
Rate: $50/hr On C2C (Not Negotiable)
Required Skills:
- Web Services experience (RESTful)
- Spring
Candidate must have all of these skills within the last 2 years.
Basic Qualification:
Experience using at least 2-3 of these frameworks: Web Services experience (RESTful), Spring.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based design/development with an understanding of the migration path.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, UI design, and other areas of UX practice.
- Grounding in Agile, Lean, Kanban, Iterative software development, as well as more traditional CMMI Waterfall project development methodologies.
- General knowledge of the Financial Services industry, especially post-trade processing, clearance and settlement.
- Understanding of critical success factors for high uptime, high volume transaction rate implementations, and how to design and tune UIs to achieve optimal performance and capacity.
This is a new position to help with additional workflow.
Required Skills for UI Developer:
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 experience.
- Experience with Modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Backbone, AngularJS, ReactJS, or JQuery (position requires candidates to have experience using at least 2-3 of these frameworks).
- Spring.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
