JR. Electrical Equipment Test/Lab Technician

• Permanent/Direct Hire
• Compensation - $55-65K, DOE
• Onsite in Boxborough, MA
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident

Summary:

The Junior Electrical Equipment Test/Lab Tech will be responsible for:

• Set up laboratory electrical equipment/machines and conduct testing on customer products.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration and minor repairs to instrumentation/equipment and environment.
• Perform routine housekeeping including cleaning of equipment and lab areas.
• Maintain, store and properly dispose of materials as needed.
• Perform daily and periodic verifications of test equipment.
• Assist the engineering staff in lab related duties.
• Record test results and describing procedures used.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of test equipment.
• Capable of reading and understanding schematics and manufacturing/testing instructions.
• Interact effectively with internal team members across the organization.
