Job Description Essential Functions:
Under direction, performs internal compliance assurance activities to assess level of compliance with existing and proposed federal, state or industry legislation and regulations.
Develops and reviews procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, federal, state and local regulations and codes
Coordinate the collection of compliance documents to support regulatory filing requirements and information requests
Assists in the oversite of construction, operation and maintenance activities to ensure specification and code compliance.
Ensure compliance with field procedures and the coordination with other Gas Business Groups
Reviews purchase requisitions, and invoices related to departmental activity.
Assists in gas distribution system/LNG restoration efforts during emergencies Technical
Technical Knowledge/Skill:
Thorough knowledge of liquified natural gas operations and maintenance work practices and procedures
Knowledge of applicable regulatory code and regulations
Knowledge of natural gas principles
Working knowledge of environmental requirements affecting related activities
Familiarity with MS Office Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
