Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical expertise, oversight, and leadership to the mechanical project team
- Attending client meetings
- Performing construction phase services
- Mentoring less experienced staff
- Assisting with business development
- Travel and entrance onto military bases and airports will be required for this position
The successful candidate must have all of the following:
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical or architectural engineering
- At least 6 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- A PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the following:
- Designing hot water, chilled water and condenser water systems
- Designing VAV, Geothermal and/or VRF systems
- Designing and specifying of DDC control systems
- Designing mechanical systems for Federal Government projects
- Sustainable design
- Designing steam systems
- Providing commissioning services
- Designing plumbing systems

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as experience, skill set or location.
