Network Security Engineer

For our client's extensive network, we are currently looking for a Network Security Engineer. As Network Security Engineer you are responsible for the segmentation and security of that production network. You are also responsible for the implementation of a security framework. Also the analysis of the network communication flows belongs to your tasks. Finally, you manage the firewalls and security products.

In addition to possessing a Master's degree, as a Network Security Engineer you will possess the following skills and knowledge:

• Very good knowledge of switches and routers (Cisco)
• Excellent knowledge of subnetting and routing
• Extensive experience with TCP/IP
• Experience with Fortinet is a plus

Functional requirements:

• You are organizationally and communicatively strong
• You have a sense of initiative
• You function both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English
