2. Working with distributed systems - gracefully handling failures and partitioning data for maximum throughput
3. Designing databases and caching layers that don't fall over during peak loads
4. Experience with Hadoop, MapReduce, HBase, ZooKeeper. These systems are the heart of our core applications but require a keen hand to keep them running smoothly and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications: Science or Engineering Graduates
