MAU is hiring a Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will apply standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and timeliness goals are met to support overall department objectives. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Shift Information:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is preferred
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing, including assembly, machining, and process improvement
General Requirements:
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret data, engineering drawings, and technical procedures
- Skilled in writing process planning steps and developing detailed work instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with solid general computer skills
- Excellent critical thinking, oral and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities
Essential Functions:
- Manage the router (task) process, defining the job scope and integrating it effectively into the production line
- Track and record job costs for repairs, ensuring accurate documentation
- Take ownership of tracking, reporting, and providing status updates on repair costs, quality inspections, and progress to leadership
- Document data related to quality policies, procedures, and job qualifications for repairs
- Lead or participate in multiple concurrent Kaizen process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Provide advanced quality engineering support for processes or automated equipment
- Apply standard engineering techniques to ensure goals related to quality, efficiency, and timeliness are met in line with department objectives
- Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools
- Maintain and update process documentation in the assigned area to ensure consistent quality standards are upheld
