Job descriptionFunctions and Responsibilities:Confirm vise is true to machineReview set up sheet and pulled toolsProvide feedback after tooling is set of any concerns to teamRun Single control and small vertical machinesUse appropriate machining tools: go/no go gauges and calipers for inspections compare to blue printSet up, operate, and tend to preventative maintenance for CNC equipmentInterpret and work from complex drawings and blue-printsIdentify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformancesNotify supervisor when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operatorsResponsible to record an accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reportsMaintain clean equipment/tools and work areaFollow established safety proceduresEducation:High School/GED - required1 year machining certification - preferredExperience:1 – 3 years of machining experience1+ years of Haas Control - preferredPhysical Demands: The physical demands described below are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
