A Day In The Life Of Our Software Engineer Intern:
- Design and develop software controls to characterize and control physical devices
- Make decisions on software architecture with a focus on correctness and maintainability
- Build a stable foundation for future development
- Diagnose and debug software issues throughout multiple domains
- Provide and receive code reviews
About You:
- Enrolled in B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related engineering specialty
- Strong development skills in modern C++ and Python and object-oriented programming principles (and the desire to learn new techniques and tools)
- Work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced start-up with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and the determination to solve challenging problems.
- Experience in version control and unit testing with CI/CD. GoogleTest is a plus.
- Familiarity with build tools like Makefile, CMake, or Bazel is a plus.
- Experience with development of multithreaded applications with real-time considerations is a plus.
