Job Duties:
Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc. As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute.
Minimum Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Software Development Senior Manager-related occupation.
Position Requires:
- Design and coding including Java and Java EE technologies;
- MVC, UI component/persistence frameworks including ADF, Spring, JSF, or Hibernate;
- Oracle database, build systems, version control systems, or Linux OS;
- WebLogic application servers, SOAP, and REST service department;
- Fusion application development and Fusion middleware technologies including ESS, SOA Suite, BI, and UCM.

Range and Benefit Information:
US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation;

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours;
