Role Description

The role of the App Product Manager is to act as the product owner of GFiber app experiences across mobile and other digital platforms. The role will be responsible for defining the app feature roadmap, developing an immersive user experience, and driving app usage & engagement.


Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the product manager of GFiber app experiences across mobile and other digital platforms to build a high-performing and feature-rich app experience
  • Work closely with core Internet, CPE, and Network teams to create an Internet-first app experience and synergies with Internet product experience
  • Define app requirements and work with Engineering, UI/UX design, and third-party vendors to deliver new app features to support broader product & company goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive daily user habits to increase app engagement and retention, and operational goals through the app product experience
  • Synthesize data, research, and user feedback to prioritize features, drive engagement, and scope app programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in developing, launching, and operating/optimizing mobile apps
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional and technical teams to define and drive product strategy and roadmap
  • Deep knowledge of iOS and Android stores, rules, policies, and go-to-market processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or other related field or practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to define and prioritize features related to use cases for our mobile app engineering and design teams
  • Proven track record of collaborating with engineers, analysts, and human interface designers on technical and visual design
  • Experience working with both internal and third-party developers and integrators
  • Experience working at a telecommunications operator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to champion initiatives internally, externally, and to executive management

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $158 K - $231 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
