Fargate Control Plane Software Engineer

The Fargate team at AWS is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer for the Fargate Customer Experience team. This role involves leading and participating in interesting projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with various teams across AWS to build features at scale.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into deliverables, contributing to the development of highly scalable distributed services, and driving a first-class experience for customers. This role also involves owning ambiguous problems and delivering solutions, participating in the complete software development life cycle, and operating a public AWS service with globally distributed customers and servers.

Basic qualifications for this role include 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, and proficiency in at least one software programming language. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
