Mandatory Skills: Servicenow Developer, ITOM, CMDB,ITSM

• We need to use App Engine to build Scoped App.
• Require ServiceNow resource that has ITOM (CMDB, Event Management) and ITSM (Incident) experience
• Resource needs to have ServiceNow workflow script experience and the ability to pull and update data via scripting
• Work on ticketing incidents - e.g. Creating, changing, modifying workflows
• Configuring incident routing.
• Development work exp in App Engine and Scoped App required in this.
