With $22M in funding raised to date, our 13 person team includes early veterans from the world's most successful consumer social products joined by leading machine learning experts. Channel’s vision is for AI to be accessible to humanity without bias by virtue of breadth of model choice, accessibility of use, and amplification of user creativity and preferences through open agent creation. Our platform is built from the ground up to be many-agent, multiplayer, free (as in speech), and open to all.

Responsibilities
- Work on highly diverse challenges related to the everchanging AI ecosystem
- Manage our multi-vendor infrastructure for Generative AI model inference
- Build data pipelines for our recommendation system
- Improve system resilience and responsiveness for our users
- Improve our system monitoring and error tracing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field
History of solving complex problems with creative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS or other similar services, GPU hosting experience a plus
- Experience with recommendation systems, LLMs, and machine learning generally
- Experience with chat or messaging applications, particularly ejabberd
- Experience with a scalable SQL database or NoSQL database
