Responsibilities:
For Experienced Electricians:
Solve and Shine: Diagnose and fix electrical issues with precision
Raise the Bar: Perform repairs that not only meet but exceed National Electrical Code standards
Leave a Mark: Maintain a clean work area to enhance customer satisfaction
Educate and Elevate: Recommend and implement upgrades, scheduling them as needed
Precision in Action: Provide accurate estimates and detailed invoices
Document Your Success: Use before-and-after photos to showcase your work
Safety First: Follow best practices and ensure safe working conditions
Communicate with Flair: Engage effectively with customers and team members
For Entry-Level Electrical Maintenance Technicians:
Learn and Grow: Master Electrical Maintenance tasks with adherence to National Electrical Code standards
Impress and Delight: Maintain cleanliness and boost customer loyalty
Gain Expertise: Learn to suggest and schedule necessary upgrades
Showcase Your Work: Document tasks with before-and-after photos
Prioritize Safety: Follow safe work practices and methods
Communicate Effectively: Develop strong communication skills with all customers and team members
Qualifications:
For Experienced Electricians:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting, or at least 3 years in a similar role.
Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, running conduits, wiring and terminating devices, performing quality control testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Knowledge: Solid experience with installing electrical systems in both new and existing settings.
Attention to Detail: Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds without assistance or special equipment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat and cold, and on ladders or rooftops at medium to high heights.
Professionalism: Maintain a well-groomed appearance, and keep your uniform and work shoes clean and presentable.
For Entry-Level Electrical Maintenance Technicians:
Experience: No prior experience required, but a strong interest in learning electrical work is essential.
Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn detailed tasks.
Knowledge: Willingness to learn installation and maintenance of electrical systems in new and existing settings.
Attention to Detail: Good time management skills and a commitment to quality work.
Physical Capability: Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
