Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
• Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.
• Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.
• Produce documentation for project-related activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.
• Mentor and guide junior team members with project-related activities and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in human computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Figma required.
• Experience conducted User Research and analyzing the data.
• Communication and analytical skills very critical.
