From autonomy and electrification, to smart mobility technologies, our Product Development teams around the world are working together with excitement to make smart vehicles for a smart world.As part of the Vehicle Evaluation and Verification division, the Simulation Engineer is responsible for developing state-of-the-art simulation systems, such as Hardware in the Loop (HIL), for automotive validation testing. The position requires a highly motivated engineer who is interested in validating cutting edge automotive technology in a unique fashion. Responsibilities include creating or updating simulation models, configuring and updating existing test systems (dSpace and National Instruments (NI) simulators, for example) for systems validation testing. In addition, the engineer will develop new test systems for new and emerging automotive technologies across a wide product portfolio.At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
