General Job Description
As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and products. The candidate will work closely with the department manager, other engineers, and customers to ensure that all electrical systems meet the requirements and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and products, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
- Work with project managers and other engineers to develop project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to prepare engineering designs.
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish design specifications, standards, and procedures.
- Use computer-assisted engineering software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Guide technicians and other engineers to ensure all electrical equipment and systems operate effectively.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including project documentation, reporting, and quality control.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Monday-Friday, core work hours 1st shift
Flexible hours to be available.
Must be available to work weekends when requested by Supervisor.
Required Education and Experience
Designed, developed, and tested electrical systems and products, including power distribution systems, lighting systems, and communication systems.
Work with project managers and other engineers to develop project scope, timelines, and budgets.

Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish design specifications, standards, and procedures.

Provide guidance to technicians and other engineers to ensure that all electrical equipment and systems operate effectively.
Manage projects from start to finish, including project documentation, project reporting, and quality control.
Preferred/Desired:
- Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and other Mechanical Engineering Concepts.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controller handling (Mitsubishi Q series).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional Technical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to Communicate effectively and clearly.
- Boiler, Steam, Air Compressor, and other Utility Background.
- Have a strong desire for personal and professional development.
