Job Description

To engineer, design, test, integrate and maintain data systems for rapid, innovative product solutions. Provide support and technical direction/engineering insight on projects for fast and optimal infrastructure/product development. Assist with planning, designing, developing, and testing software systems/applications, and analyzing small and large data for improving reports, cloud adoption and modeling to find rapid product insights and business solutions. Provide support and services for the organization's network systems, applications, and data migration/integration solutions for end user requirements and needs. Maintain advanced knowledge of related digital engineering industry technologies, concepts, and trends. Works under minimal supervision on complex to very complex projects and problems.

Responsibilities


  1. Integrate data to develop, configure, model, and document next generation software applications
  2. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to target systems for automated migration processes
  3. Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications
  4. Identify and resolve existing conflicts to ensure compatibility
  5. Manage and interpret small and large data used by the business/end user to improve reports, efficiency and products
  6. Contribute to a culture of collaboration by actively working across business lines, communicating knowledge and business processes to other business units
  7. Utilize statistical, analytical, data visualization and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills to integrate data for rapid and continuous business solutions
  8. Collaborate on reviews to assess the integrity and quality of proposed technical solutions
  9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  1. Advanced experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors
  2. Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
  3. Significant experience in data engineering and application development
  4. Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  5. Significant experience in Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Server
  6. Significant experience in integration and data migration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  7. Advanced knowledge with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  8. Significant experience with IT-related Data Management and Data Migration activities
  9. Significant experience in data visualization with Power BI
  10. Significant experience in modeling and quantification concepts including statistics and probability principles

Desired Qualifications


  1. Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices
  2. Expert analytical/quantitative, reconciliation and deductive reasoning skills
  3. Advanced analytical and conceptual skills to create original concepts/theories for various projects
  4. Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  5. Advanced skill building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy and tact
  6. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
