The engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of plant systems and operations by managing multiple small to moderate-sized projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage up to 20 small emergent capital projects at a time, with responsibility for full lifecycle management from scoping and justification to execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with plant operations, reliability engineering, and other internal teams to understand plant systems, address operational needs, and ensure smooth project execution.

- Field Oversight: Provide field engineering oversight for activities such as installation, commissioning, testing, and inspections. Ensure alignment with plant standards and safety protocols.
- Documentation and Administration: Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, and other required documentation. Handle project administrative tasks including budgeting, work order management, scheduling, and procurement via SAP.

- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, resolve complex issues, and build strong working relationships.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness without sacrificing attention to detail.
