What You'll Do
Design, develop and execute tests that will ensure high quality game content is delivered within established timelines
Identify the root cause of issues found in game and provide detailed information to expedite correction
Participate in peer reviews of code and game presentation
Design, develop and deliver supporting game signage
Create and participate in process improvement initiatives
Communicates effectively, tactfully and comfortably with all levels of personnel within the organization – internal and external to D&D.
Encourage technical development of other engineers via training and mentorship
All other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in software test engineering, preferably in a gaming environment
Key Competencies:
Advanced understanding and utilization of C, C++
Proficient in test plan design, execution and debugging code
Strong experience with Linux, OOA/D methodologies and source control systems
Familiarity with casino regulatory and compliance process
Able to work both independently and in and across teams
Thinks big and adapts to change in creative environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
Planning and strategic thinking – an ability to plan and direct to meet future business and customer requirements
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities

Pay Range
$64,266 - $119,351 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
