Role Overview
As a Software Engineering Consultant, you'll be involved in critical deliverables within our software engineering function. You'll participate in large-scale planning, analyze complex challenges, and contribute to resolving issues. Your expertise will help us meet our software engineering goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Consultation and Participation: Collaborate on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within software engineering.
- Planning and Evaluation: Contribute to large-scale planning related to software engineering projects.
- Problem Solving: Review and analyze moderately complex software engineering challenges, considering variable factors.
- Issue Resolution: Work with others to resolve software engineering issues effectively.
- Compliance and Policies: Leverage your understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with client personnel in software engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent (consulting, training, military, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Java: Proficiency in Java programming.
- ActOne Platform: Experience with configuring plug-ins for NICE Actimize's ACT One platform.
- Case Management: Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background: Knowledge of real-time analytics, machine learning capabilities, and automation/integration in the context of financial fraud detection and regulatory compliance.
