Structural Engineering Project Manager

My client an established employee owned multi disciplinary engineering firm based in Orlando with over 17 national offices are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join the structural engineering department.
This company are known to be leaders in culture, flexible working, inclusively, training, leaning and career progression as well as Design of prestigious projects from complex design to repeat profitable work. This firm are leading the way in design of state of the art healthcare facilities and sustainable aviation design and engineering and have a foothold in the Florida market as well known leaders.
Due to growth in the department and increase of business the team have an opening for a project manager to take on a leadership role, the successful candidate will be a P.E licensed engineer with 6+ years as a Structural Engineer of buildings with a vast background in design. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing a small team and multiple projects at one time.
The ideal candidate will want to have a presence in the office 2 days of the week to help develop the junior engineers however the business have a very modern approach to flexibility and remote working should the desired candidate not be able to commute.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Ability to oversee multiple projects running at one time
Mentorship and leadership capabilities
QAQC of engineering teams work
A self motivated engineer
Stakeholder communications
Reporting
Client management/ Owners rep on projects
Budgeting, Estimating and RFI Experience
Project site visits when/if needed
Qualifications:
PE Licensed, SE Preferred
6+ years professional experience as a Structural Engineer
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Ability to demonstrate a strong body of project work
Compensation:
Total comp up to 160k including salary and bonuses
