A premium client of ours, a leading provider of cloud computing and software-defined data center solutions, is looking for a wireless network engineer to join their team on a 4 to 5-month contract.

Due to the nature of the role, there will be a mix of remote and on-site work, with an expected 3 days a week onsite, and the rest is remote.

Responsibilities:

1. The engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational stability of the wireless infrastructure as well as MACDs and end-user support.
2. The correct candidate will research and provide recommendations regarding best practices and proactive measures to keep the systems operating at peak capabilities.
3. Work under the guidance of Sr. Engineers to implement new solutions and technologies.
4. Assist with staging and prep of hardware for current projects outside of the wireless discipline.
5. Work as a member of a team and be able to function solo as required.

Skills/Must have:

1. Cisco Wireless
2. Cisco ISE
3. IP Routing, VLANs, DHCP & QoS

Salary:

1. $70 Per Hour
