Our Newest Opportunity:

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for many aspects of IT Server/Cloud Infrastructure including datacenter, on-premise services, SAS, hybrid IAS, PAS IT Infrastructure. This individual installs, configures, upgrades and monitors software and hardware in any of these environments including backup/recovery, disaster recovery/business continuity testing. This position maintains the essential functions of operating systems, business applications, security/tools, web-servers, email, is knowledgeable of local and wide area networking concepts and hardware configuration. This role also includes SSL certificate management, cloud and on-premise Active Directory management, knowledge of change/incident/problem management. Must be a strong team player working alongside other fast paced engineering disciplines, developers, IT Support teams, and occasionally other business units and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

1. Able to design, install, configure, secure, maintain and monitor performance on various IT systems
2. Success of this role is to develop critical ongoing relationships with key IT teams and business stakeholders to help achieve our business goals
3. Apply and grow existing functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft cloud offerings
4. Requires to be a technical subject matter expert on both on-premise and cloud IT Infrastructure systems
5. You are as comfortable working with a technical team as you are with client business users, and you know how to build bridges between the two
6. With your excellent communications skills, you are adept at mapping business needs to technology solutions and helping non-technical audiences understand the benefits of these solutions

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

1. Server Administration and some Microsoft O365 or Azure Cloud experience is a plus.
2. Must have traditional IT Room, Server Room or Datacenter and Server Administration experience
3. Familiar and experienced with Microsoft’s Technology Ecosystems (Office365)
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Servers, Security patching and windows updates
5. Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Some basic knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.
7. Able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly
8. Server maintenance (preferably Windows Server and bonus is Linux)
9. Information security including Networking and network security
10. Candidate can demonstrate a continuous strive for technical knowledge and improvement in this constantly changing IT environment
11. The ideal candidate can manage workload, tasks and requests along with prioritize and effectively communicate up and down the organization focusing on the highest value targets and strive to provide an excellent employee experience with IT

Education, Training and Experience:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, information technology, or a similar field. An equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience may substitute for a degree
2. Microsoft Office training or certifications

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
