Job Title: Thermal/CFD Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Thermal/CFD Engineer with a strong background in thermals, fluids, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the field, along with expertise in TAITHERM and related tools. This role involves analyzing and optimizing thermal performance in a variety of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance product efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thermal and fluid dynamics analysis using CFD software, particularly TAITHERM.
• Develop and validate simulation models to predict thermal behavior and fluid flow characteristics.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product designs for thermal performance.
• Perform experimental validation of simulation results and provide technical insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to thermal management and fluid dynamics.

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, and CFD.
• Proficiency in TAITHERM and other relevant CFD software tools.
• Strong understanding of thermal systems, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with experimental testing and data analysis.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to thermal and fluid systems.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead projects.
