Data Entry Clerk

DraftNote Design is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the smooth flow of information across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Input, verify, and update data into company databases and systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and perform regular audits.
• Maintain organized records of customer, financial, and inventory data.
• Process, review, and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Generate reports as needed and assist with data-related inquiries from other departments.
• Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entries.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing office documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments.
