Salesforce Designer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is s eeking a skilled Salesforce Designer to craft user-focused experiences that enhance usability and satisfaction within the Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other designers to deliver seamless, visually engaging interfaces that align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.

This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2 (no C2C) . Position is hybrid, with one day in office in the Thousand Oaks, CA area. Employer is not able to support in visa transfer or sponsorship at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications.
• Design interfaces that are user-friendly and align with Salesforce standards.
• Ensure a cohesive, consistent user experience across all Salesforce modules.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) and other tools for page customization.
• Work closely with developers to uphold design fidelity through final implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gain insights into user experience.
• Adjust and refine designs based on test feedback to enhance usability.
• Ensure that final designs align with industry usability standards.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide strategies.
• Analyze current applications for usability and recommend enhancements.
• Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to meet design and business goals.
• Join cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Present design concepts with a focus on simplicity and ease of use.
• Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and user guides.
• Document design decisions and rationale for future project reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) and Lightning Experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects.

Expected compensation: 110 k-125k
