In this role, you will join multi-disciplined teams in the planning, design and construction engineering site-development projects for our wide range of municipal and private clients.In an ever-changing world, it requires creativity and innovation to stay ahead.We're seeking the curious, those who are stimulated by fresh thinking and a desire to shape our communities in new, positive ways.As part of a truly global team, working on complex and rewarding projects, you'll be at the forefront of driving change.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Assisting with the preparation of site plans, technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and permit applications for projectsDevelopment of land development plans and attendance at municipal meetingsSite grading, building layouts, access road design, and stormwater management designs for various sitesNavigating local, county, and state regulations and permitting requirementsProvide mentorship and development advice to junior level staffWhat you will bring to the team:Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental EngineeringCurrent Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required4-8 years of project experience in land development; experience in multiple states a plusFamiliarity with engineering modelling software including: HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, HEC-RASKnowledge of engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to work closely with CAD professionalsExperience with presentations at zoning hearings and other public meetingsIf you're interested in pursuing this opportunity, please submit an application!Salary range: $101,600 - $152,400 based on experience#LI-JK1As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
