Job Title: Sr Genesys Cloud CX Developer

Responsibilities:

• Developing inbound call flows using data inputs, data actions, and Genesys Cloud API
• Developing in queue flow, outbound flow, email, and chat
• Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring

Qualifications:

5 to 10+ years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required. Jira users. Agile experienced.

Required Skills:

• Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support
• New call flow build support
• Mentoring/Coaching other team members
• Elevated troubleshooting experience
