Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior R&D Engineer to join our client's team. This engineer will be responsible for providing our customer base with product development, design, and improvement for medical devices, specifically various vascular catheters. They will deliver key solutions tailored to meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of medical devices, focusing on vascular catheters.
Support new product development (NPD) projects and ensure successful product launches.
Conduct validation and verification activities to meet regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes.
Utilize CAD and SolidWorks for design and drafting tasks.
Develop and validate test methods to ensure product reliability and compliance.
Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Will also consider a very skilled Senior R&D Technician.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
