We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our downtown Milwaukee Corporate Headquarters office. Being a member of the GRAEF Mechanical Team will provide opportunities to:

As a member of the GRAEF Mechanical Team, your responsibilities may include:

1. Developing drawings and specifications for HVAC systems serving industrial manufacturing facilities.
2. Performing facility assessments related to the HVAC systems within industrial facilities.
3. Project management and mentorship of junior engineers.
4. Coordinating between multiple disciplines and attending regular meetings.
5. Performing computer-aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects.

We are considering candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
3. A minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience.
4. Experience in the design and specification of HVAC systems including central cooling plants, central heating plants, and high-capacity airside equipment.
5. Commissioning experience would be a plus.
6. Experience working with HVAC load calculation and energy modeling software.
7. Proficiency in the following software is preferred: Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office products.
8. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
