We are a Los Angeles-based company working on challenging global projects. We are looking for an Architect with a strong acumen for design to become a key member of our growing team, focused on the creation and development of systems and concepts including 3D models, drawings, imagery, and product presentations for the Project Development and Sales Team. Our ideal candidate is detail-focused and self-driven. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding environment.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Adjust and build 3D models of architectural products
- Develop CAD drawings and other related information for products
- Review own work for accuracy and completeness
- Work within established standards, procedures, and techniques
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with 2-4 years of experience in 3D modeling and design documentation
- Strong contemporary design talent
- Quick understanding of how architectural systems and details go together
- Solid understanding of 3D Software required; experience with or desire to learn Rhino 3D, Sketchup, Grasshopper, and Revit
- Experience with graphic design and visual layout preferred
- Must speak and understand English clearly and write legibly; great communication skills
- Detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task
- High level of attention to detail
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Good speed and accurate modeling
- Ambitious character with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Desire to grow with the company and take on additional responsibility
- Portfolio, website, or sample work required for consideration
The Project Developer Designer position is a full-time position with benefits, paid holidays, and vacation. The job relies heavily on organization and communication and understanding the overall picture of product capabilities and design. This team member will ensure the smooth and proper flow of layouts and modeling of Arktura products on time. It is necessary to facilitate strong internal team working relationships, general industry knowledge, and growing Arktura technical knowledge. The Project Developer Designer is always focused on supporting and achieving results to successfully complete projects.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$85,000.00 a year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
