JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview MSA has an opportunity for a Project Engineer - Land at any of the following MSA offices: Baraboo, WI, Beaver Dam, WI, Madison, WI, Milwaukee, WI, or St. Paul, MN. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you\'ll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. This position will primarily support projects in the public sector relating to parks and recreation. The work you may do Inspect active construction work on various site designs and municipal utilities/roadway projects Perform construction administration duties such as documenting activities, communicating to project managers regarding status and progress of construction, measuring and testing, providing general oversight, and interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, residents and client staff. Assist with CAD work and project estimations Provide assistance with company initiatives that may involve different service lines Preparation of plans for streets, sewers, utilities, site development and parks/waterfronts using Civil3D software Preparation of details, specifications, and bidding documents Preparation of regulatory permits for projects Preparation of technical reports for projects Complete project administration for projects including attending client meetings Ability to get training and mentoring on project management and client liaison duties ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required Professional Engineer (PE) license required A valid driver\'s license required 4+ years of civil engineering experience required A desire to learn more about municipal engineering and parks/recreation in the consulting industry This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
