Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing discipline required.
• Management/Supervision experience is required.
• Expert knowledge of process improvement and quality systems, preferably in a distribution environment.
• Knowledge Group C (Class III) commodities.
• Knowledge of ISO9001.

Focus of the Role

This is a leadership position focused providing direction for the Engineering and Quality teams. This position will lead the engineering and quality efforts in products, services, and solutions. Additionally, this position provides leadership for the Quality Management System and promotes continuous improvement and efficiencies through the application of lean strategies. This role is customer facing and requires excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and team leadership.
