Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Machine Learning Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on universal forecasting models within the organization, focusing on ML forecasting, Python, and Hadoop. The successful candidate will research, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms, perform application programming activities, troubleshoot problems, and provide quality assurance reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms for software and hardware applications.
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and modifying machine learning systems.
• Analyze enhancement requests and specifications, implementing changes to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot problems to enhance user experience, providing quality assurance reviews.
• Perform post-implementation validation of machine learning models and resolve any bugs found during testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of statistics.
• Strong critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
