Job Requirements / Description
- Responsible for the process improvements in a high precision CNC manufacturing milling environment
- Will be responsible for Continuous Improvement projects, including machine utilization, reducing scrap, and plant floor layout
- Responsible for tooling design and CAM programming
- Will be using SolidWorks and MasterCAM
- Previous experience with CAM programming and tooling design is requred
- Must have strong mills experience
- Associates degree is required but Bachelor degree is preferred
- Expected to grow 20% over the next year!
- Company has allocated millions of dollars in new equipment!
