Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer: We need you to:

Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair malfunctional equipment;

Complete routine maintenance for the 3D printers and the tool kit;

Collaborate with Technical Support Team and propose product improvement plans;

Analyze and provide solution plans based on customer's feedbacks.

We would like you:

Associate degree in mechanical engineering or related major;

Familiar with electronic circuits and components and maintenance tools, skilled in hardware debugging, electrical troubleshooting.

Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross cultural team;

Comfortable working in a high impact, high energy, fast paced environment;

Strong collaborator, communicator and problem solver;

Experience in equipment maintenance/services is a plus;

Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
