Network Engineer/Architect (Switching and Routing) : Dallas, Texas :

Job Title: Network Engineer/Architect (Route/Switch)

Job Duration: 12 months contract with strong likelihood to extend - potentially years

Location: Downtown Dallas

Work Arrangement: 100% on-site until at least the 6-month mark when things regulate.

Must Have(s):

1. 3+ Years Network Engineering/Infrastructure experience focused on Switching and Routing Technologies:
   • Knowledge of various Cisco Route/Switch platforms including configuration experience
   • Helping build a project plan for support work, etc.
   • Antiquated equipment
   • Experienced engineer who has the necessary experience that can take an order/mission and run with it.
2. Good Understanding of Enterprise Level Routing & Writing Protocols:
   • EIGRP & OSPF: Experience of internal routing protocol/internal gateway protocol (IGP) along with the ability to compare technologies.
   • EGP: Basic understanding of external routing protocol/external gateway protocol.
   • CIDR (IP-V4): Thorough understanding to address and create an enterprise scheme.
3. IP Schemes:
   • IP Addressing
   • TCP experience
