AI Engineer
THE PROBLEMS YOU'LL SOLVE
As an AI engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our next generation of agent-based software systems. You'll work closely with other engineers, UX/product designers, and end users to create agents that are intelligent, directable, and economical.
Your Responsibilities could include:
- Developing techniques that allow LLMs to reliably author complex, game-playing behaviors.
- Creatively combining insights from different publications and domains into solutions that meet the unique needs and capabilities of our customers.
- Extending our agent infrastructure to enable a wide variety of game mechanics, agent behaviors, and task definitions.
- Directly supporting external game developers, acting as the bridge between their specific needs and our product plans.

- You are proficient in Python programming. C++ experience is ideal, but not required.
- You enjoy collaborating with internal engineers and external developers on the design and implementation of agent features.
- You're interested in learning how to combine traditional search and optimization algorithms with large language models.
- You like to learn how unfamiliar software systems work and don't mind diving into and debugging code that you didn't write.
