Senior Systems Development Engineer - CRM and Cloud Solutions

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a passionate Senior Systems Development Engineer to design, architect, and build scalable solutions for our Sales and Operations teams. In this role, you will work on CRM systems and AWS tools, automating workflows and optimizing transactional processes to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will drive cost optimization, manage system performance, and contribute to the broader cloud strategy for AWS.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise distributed systems, CRM development, software design, and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM platform and certifications
• Experience in leading and communicating with technical teams and senior leadership
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing teams of Software Engineers
