Sr. Systems Engineer

Looking for a rock star Systems Engineer with 7+ years of experience who can deploy new systems with or without direct support or guidance. This position will require heavy international travel, so a valid passport is required.

Must have experience:

• Expert level knowledge of vSphere/ESXi (5.5 & up) working in a large cluster with multiple remote locations
• Expert level knowledge of Active Directory working in a large domain with multiple sites
• Experience in automation and deployment scripts preferably using PowerShell or Perl
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and diagnose vSAN architecture
• Deployment of Windows 2012 R2 in a VMware environment
• Understanding of AD Integrated DNS architecture
• VMware hosts joining to Vcenter server
• Rack, stack, and configure infrastructure hardware
• Basic cabling and network connectivity
• Understanding of SAN and VSAN concepts and able to connect VSAN with servers (preferably NetApp)
• In-depth knowledge of LUNs and storage
• Strong technical documentation skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SCCM
• Tuning and optimization for ESX and Active Directory
• Understanding of RODC and ability to deploy (Read only Domain Controller)
• Experience with Dell hardware (servers, desktops, and laptops)
• Red Hat Linux server deployment, extensive IP and connectivity knowledge
• Love for gaming
