Job description:
- Responsible for developing speech enhancements algorithms for use in multi-microphone far-field applications such as a voice assistant. Experience with acoustic spatial signal processing is desired, including techniques such as acoustic beamforming, source localization, blind source separation, and noise reduction. Deep machine learning experience is a plus.
- This position typically requires a master’s degree in electrical engineering and more than 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Technical creativity is required. The ability to study existing techniques and subsequently enhance and adapt these techniques to meet the needs and constraints of our products is critical.
- The candidate will be involved in the process of reducing an algorithm to practice in software for use in a real-time application. The candidate will also be involved in testing algorithms and comparing test results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in electrical engineering Good communication skills
8+ years of experience in speech and audio algorithm development
Programming in C, MATLAB. Python is a plus Experience developing real-time audio processing software
