We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Italian technical team, collaborate with suppliers, and engage with customers to ensure the highest standards of service and product quality. Responsibility:
- Technical Analysis: Collaborate with the Italian technical team to perform detailed technical analysis of our cable products.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing any problems or questions related to cables.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of our cable products.
- Sales Training: Train sales staff on product knowledge to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote our products.
- Market Monitoring and Research: Track market trends and conduct research to adapt our offerings, refine existing products, and develop new cable solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
- Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to boost sales and market share.
- Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in the factory of industrial cables.
- Experience in the factory setting for industrial cables (not commodity, residential, or commercial)
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and components.
- Power and control cables/servo cables/tray cables/VFD cables/signal & network cables.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in cables, including familiarity with UL standards.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, collaborative work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
- Education: Relevant technical or engineering background.
